During the 4 quarter of FY 2020, the HUD 2020‐2024 recommendations 2020
Consolidated Plan along with plans for additional CARES Council Review May 2020 May 2020
Act funding for CDBG and ESG were submitted and
approved by HUD. Consolidated Plan goals, objectives,
and activities are underway. Performance goals will be
tracked annually through the year‐end CAPER process.
