Summary:
Council adopted a Short‐Term Rental (STR) Short‐Term Rental Activity
Chapter ordinance on April 23, 2019. STR 200
operators have been provided operational 161 159
discontinuance dates, unless they have received 150
a permit from the City to operate. Staff has 102
begun enforcement for unpermitted STRs that 100 84 83
are not paying the Hotel Occupancy Tax 70 63 48
(HOT). Beginning on February 1, 2020, staff will 50 39 42 46

not. Code Compliance will work with the STR
monitoring vendor and community groups to
identify and investigate unpermitted STRs.
