             During the 4  quarter, NET partnered with the Fish
             Creek Community comprised of three subdivisions –
             Briarhill, Webb Britton Estates, and Britton Place. NET
             hosted a virtual community meeting on September 17,
             2020, with 20 attendees and began in‐person (socially

             distanced) contact on September 18 .

             The initial rate of properties with code violations was
             41% (310 of the 756 residences). NET made in‐person
             contact with 155 residents (77 with code violations, 78
             without) and provided educational information door
             hangers regarding 422 code violations at 310 residences.
             NET designed a new door hanger that provides an
             opportunity for the resident to reach out with concerns
             or requests for assistance and provides a medium for
             advertising for upcoming NET community events. The
             new door hangers were distributed to each of the 756
             residences in the Fish Creek Community. A community
             cleanup and block party event are scheduled for October
             17, 2020.

             The Tool‐Sharing Program trailer has been wrapped with
             advertising created by the Office of Communication, and
             the initial stock of tools and equipment have been
             purchased. The webpage is under development and
             social media launch is coming very soon.
