City’s 2020‐2024 Consolidated Plan for use of federal
CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds. The plan is expected to be
approved in the Spring of 2020.

During the 4 quarter of FY 2020, data from the Housing
Needs Assessment and the Analysis of Impediments to
Fair Housing reports were used in the final submission
and approval of the HUD 2020‐2024 Consolidated Plan
and PY 2020 Action Plan. These reports are available for
public viewing on the city’s website.
