This project consists of removing and replacing the existing yellow rubber flooring in the Children's Area of the
library due to excessive wear and uneven surfaces.
The existing rubber flooring in the Children's Area of the library has deteriorated and has become uneven due
to underlying foundation and subfloor settlement. These conditions create potential trip hazards for children,
parents, and staff, increasing the risk of injury and liability to the City.
