Replacing roof-top units (RTU) #8A and #8B heat pump package units at the Bedford Library.
The replacement of two HVAC units at the Library is necessary to maintain a safe, comfortable, and efficient
environment for library patrons and staff. The existing units have reached the end of their useful service life
and are experiencing increasing maintenance issues, resulting in higher repair costs, reduced reliability, and
decreased energy efficiency.
