This police substation is located at 2001 New York Ave. Milestone Completion Completion
and built in 1996. In May 2025, Arlington voters approved
$1,530,000 in general obligation bonds to replace various
major building components that are beyond projected
service life. These improvements will include replacement
of the windows system, doors, some Heating, Ventilation,
and Air Conditioning (HVAC) components, lighting and fire
alarm system equipment, and roof.
