Update:
Following vendor demonstrations from Salesforce, Vivid Project Closure
Govtech (system implementer), and Blitz (Artificial
Intelligence module for plan review evaluation), the project
team has expressed confidence that the proposed
Salesforce platform solution aligns with the city’s
requirements and offers potential for substantial expansion.
The team is presently engaged in finalizing quotes and
contracts in anticipation of the September Council meeting.
