            Community Engagement and Partnerships

               Fostering trust with fellow members of this community is a vital step towards creating sustained crime reductions. Community engagement
               is working with stakeholders to collaborate and build trusting relationships to reduce crime and improve the health of the community.

            Operational Improvements
                Operational improvements advance the delivery of quality police services and enable the department to meet short and long-term goals.
               In order to address the emergent challenges that confront all law enforcement agencies, it is critical that FWPD make modifications to the
