The Municipal Court is addressing case
backlogs and has a clearance rate of 172.84% Notes: Social Distancing has impacted gathering a customer
for the FY 2019 fiscal year.
CourTool #3: Time to Disposition 70% service baseline survey for CourtTool #1. CourTools #1 was

disposed within 60 days possible, to conduct safely during COVID‐19. Decision made to
CourTool #4: Age of Active Pending Caseload: hold off and implement FY 2021 and into business practices.
Ran reports and determined aging schedule Texas Supreme Court Emergency Order 26 suspends Jury trials
for violations. until January 1,2020. Jury Trial usage will be tracked FY 2021.

The Municipal Court completed an employee
satisfaction survey and had a response rate of
97.37%. The FY 2019 engagement score was
74%.
CourTool #10: Cost Per Case:
The Municipal Court had a baseline cost per
case of $49.73. The Court cost per case came
in at $29.04 and showed a disposition
efficiency of $20.69.
