Consultant has delivered the final needs assessment
report to the project management team (PMT) for the
presentation to council committee in October. The PMT
and various stakeholders also attended vendor software
presentations in order to gain a better understanding of
the available solutions in the marketplace. RFP
development has begun with the consultant in
