Summary:
In FY 2019 Library staff will Implement and launch % of Registered Borrowers
Savannah®, a comprehensive platform to help manage, with activity in the last 12 months
measure and market the Library System. Savannah is a 40%

uses existing data within the Integrated Library System 25%

Update:
In FY 2019, Library staff have transitioned fully to Visitor Count
Savannah for surveys and email communication to 400,000
connect with library patrons. The quarterly customer
service survey will now be possible more frequently as 300,000
Savannah provides the ability to automate survey and

Additional data sets, such as program attendance and

computer sessions, are now incorporated in addition to
the primary data sets from the Polaris Integrated Library 0
System database. Staff will continue to integrate new
data sets to enhance the multi‐layering facets available 1st Qtr 2nd Qtr 3rd Qtr 4th Qtr
through this new product such as the new data from the FY 2017 FY 2018 FY 2019
upcoming census.
