The City is required by federal regulations to ensure that Procure Phase 1 Qtr. FY 2024

these structures and areas follow the Flood Damage Design Phase
Prevention Ordinance. These regulations are mandatory Implementation Phase
for continued participation in the National Flood Insurance Project Closure
Program which allows all property owners and tenants in
the City to be eligible to purchase a flood insurance policy.

The recently updated Stormwater Pollution Control
Ordinance will result in additional property owners
needing permits to correct deficiencies and NOV
infractions. Including the NOV items within AMANDA will
facilitate coordination between PDS and PW as the
information will be tied to the address/property. If the
Violations are in AMANDA, notices will pop up alerting
users of the NOV situation when permits are pulled. This
ensures teamwork between PDS, PW and the property
owners/contractors to resolve the NOV correctly.

Video Management to Milestone

The Public Works and Transportation (PWT) Department’s Milestone Completion Status
Traffic Division has 175 traffic cameras at intersections Project Charter
throughout the City. These cameras’ video feed is Planning Phase
processed through the City’s network into the Cameleon Procure Phase
ITS solution which displays the video feed on computers Design Phase
loaded with the Cameleon ITS software. Implementation Phase
This project would migrate PWT Traffic Division Cameleon Project Closure
and Activu software and servers to the City’s existing
Milestone solution.
