Summary:
Planning & Development Services (PDS) would like to
enhance the inspections process in AMANDA and
arlingtonpermits.com (ap.com) by grouping inspections by
phases, to provide a simplified, mobile‐friendly view to
enhance the overall customer experience.
Enhancements would include collapsing, adding or
renaming inspections in AMANDA to minimize the number
of categories in the customer viewing list and auto‐
populate certain minimum required inspections in
Residential Permits (RP), Commercial Permits (CP) and
trade permits (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
