Summary:

Support for the City’s citizen reporting mobile application,
Ask Arlington, will be dropped by the vendor, Accela,
sometime in 2021 (we have not been provided a specific
date). This project is to replace the Ask Arlington app with
a new mobile application that is usable on Apple and
Android devices and provide web platform and texting
capabilities. The tool will interface with the City’s existing
applications that the Action Center (AC) agents utilize for
their daily business operations.
