Unisys vendor for review and development of a Enhancement Sprint – Dec. 2020
Statement of Work. During the Unisys review of the Payment/Shopping Cart
site, they reported operational deficiencies and Enhancement Sprint – Dec. 2020
recommended options to correct the issues identified. Reports and My Services
The option selected was to upgrade the site to Civic Project Close Jan. 2021
Portal (Smart Guide 8).

The Civic Portal upgrade passed Penetration Testing Note: Enhancement work will be delivered in Sprints,
