Replacing all wireless access points at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) with new Aruba Wireless Access to
bring the LEC up to the technology standard in the rest of the city.
WiFi has become a necessary resource for daily operations in all departments. Stable access is needed for
unmanned internet enabled devices and staff used devices. LEC Wireless Access Points (WAPs) are more
than 6 years old and not as capable as the current tech used in other buildings.
