Executive Leadership Coaching
Organizational Excellence
General Fund City Manager One-Time $10,000
Leadership training and coaching will be provided with a primary focus on the executive team during FY2027.
The provider will support the organization's strategic goals through culture development initiatives designed to
strengthen collaboration, alignment, and team cohesiveness through one-on-one coaching and group
sessions, as well as management training and facilitation.
Funding for executive leadership training and coaching in FY2027 will strengthen leadership effectiveness,
improve collaboration and alignment, and support achievement of strategic goals. Executive coaching, group
sessions, and management training will build a cohesive leadership team, enhance organizational culture, and
improve overall organizational performance.
