The Civic Plus Agenda and Meeting Management Select System is a cloud-based platform designed to create,
manage, and publish meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents in a centralized, automated
workflow.
The current agenda management process is inefficient and is not conducive to effective collaboration between
the employees involved in producing the agenda packet. Too much time is spent on determining where
agenda items are in the process and in ensuring that agenda items are consistent in language and formatting.
The CivicPlus system will have a custom workflow to route agenda items through the approval process, track
revisions, and keeps staff informed through notifications, messaging, and task assignments.
