Major FY 2024-2025 Building Construction Projects
New Animal Control Facility and Service Center Expansion - $38,000,000
Construction of the new Animal Control facility will begin in FY 2024-2025. The new animal shelter will
have 130 living areas for dogs and 135 cat kennels.
The Service Center expansion will allow the City to house all front-line employees in one location,
encouraging collaboration among departments and equipment sharing. Debt for this joint project was
issued in FY 2023-2024.
