Multi-purpose Sports Venue/ Stadium - $43,000,000
Mansfield will soon be home to the North Texas Soccer Club. The project is a partnership between the
City of Mansfield, FC Dallas, and REV Entertainment. REV Entertainment will serve as the operator of
the venue upon completion. This 7500-seat venue will be located in the Staybolt District.
New City Hall - $30,000,000
The current City Hall on Broad Street has reached maximum capacity. The Mansfield Independent School
District will be moving into the current building in December 2026. The new facility will be located at the
corner of Regency Parkway and Heritage Parkway in The Reserve. Additional square footage will allow
staff to grow, as the design includes space for future expansion of various City departments. The City
Hall area will also serve as a town center where community events can take place.
