Major FY 2024-2025 Street Projects
Vinewood Drive Extension & Connector to U.S. 287 - $5,860,000
This project will extend Vinewood Drive across Low Branch to Heritage Parkway, with pedestrian and
signal improvements at the intersection. It will also include a separate extension to the Highway U.S. 287
southbound frontage road.
Jessica Drive (Hanks Street to Harrell Street) - $1,800,000
The existing Jessica Drive will be reconstructed with a 2-lane 24-wide asphalt bar-ditch section. This
project will provide needed north-south connectivity at minimal costs given the low volumes anticipated
in the early use of the roadway.
