Approximately $15,750,000 in debt will be issued in FY 2024-2025 for new projects. Street
improvements over the next 5 years are estimated to cost $167,892,764. The projects listed in future years
may change as priorities change, but City Council will have final approval during the budget process.
The operating impacts for street projects include utilities and supplies to pay for added streetlights and
signs. We currently budget a portion of the engineers’ salaries and benefits to the Street Construction
fund. We have estimated a 3% increase each year.
