Multi-Year Summary
Parks Construction
Funding for projects in FY 2024-2025 will come from cash on hand, bonds, park impact fees, and
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The funding for park improvements in future years will be
evaluated annually to determine the amount of debt needed to be issued.
Approximately $48,000,000 in Park additions and improvements is estimated over the next 5 years.
