During the 4 Quarter of FY 2024, the Commercial
Corridor Initiative held a quarterly virtual meeting via
Zoom on August 14, 2024, and completed Four
Commercial Corridor Proactive Project areas.
Officers identified 623 code violations at 198
properties located on Division Street & Randol Mill
Road.
1 High Priority Intersection Virtual Contacts were
completed.

For the 4 Quarter, 589 new phone and email
contacts were added to the Commercial Property
Contact List. The contact list is continuously updated
as Code Compliance identifies new contact
information in each new project area.
