                    analytics for the areas in which this team
                    specifically manages and establish a database.
                 •   Job Description Review: Phase III of Workday
                    includes a recruiting platform. The department
                    received funding for PT hours to put toward the
                    review and update of job descriptions prior to
                    uploading them in Workday in year three of the
                    implementation.
