o ($24,063) decrease the transfer out to Information Technology for Incode software
annual maintenance as this is being included in the IT budget and the transfer is not
necessary.
o $36,405 increase to the transfer to Information Technology for the use of Court Tech
reserves to offset the upgrade to Incode and TCM.
o $163,000 transfer to Information Technology for the City-Wide Voice Over IP (VOIP)
phone replacement.
