In the 4 quarter of FY 2020, the contractor was opening

The only items remaining are some of the flooring, complete
kitchen and bar equipment and completion of patio Overall project Nov. 2020
areas. A punch list walk is scheduled for the week of completion
October 29th along with final inspections. A
Certificate of Occupancy will be applied for the week
of November 2, 2020.
