Update:
This project has restarted after being put on hold due
to the COVID‐19 pandemic. A new contract was
executed in August 2020 to resume the project with
the original consultant team and the Existing
Conditions Analysis is complete. The Advisory
Committee met for the first time in September 2020.
The revised schedule anticipates the draft plan
completion in January 2021 and final plan adoption in
May 2021.
