H-NIP is for HOME projects such as HUD qualified, low-income where NRH
allows a 25% city match
E-NIP is for emergency repairs such as elderly residents without A/C in the
middle of the summer
V-NIP is for volunteer projects where most of the need is for volunteer
efforts/people-power
R-NIP is the NRH Home Improvement Rebate program based on overall
improvement and a maximum of $3,000 for the repairs
** Decrease due to loss of a large group of youth who mowed yards summer
