DESCRIPTION / MISSION
The Code Compliance Division is charged with identifying substandard structures within the city and ensuring that
they are repaired to meet the minimum standards or demolished.
GOALS
• To ensure the safety of occupants and the public by eliminating unsafe structures within the City of North Richland Hills. (Quality
Community Development and Revitalization)
• To reduce the number of substandard structures within the City. (Quality Community Development and Revitalization)
• To cause the overall condition of housing to improve by reducing the number of substandard homes. (Quality Community
