Revenue Description: State Law and the International Building Codes allow cities to
require most trades (mechanical, electrical, etc) to maintain and pay for an annual
license with the City in order to do business in the City. This revenue source reflects
the registration fees paid by those contractors in order to do work in Richland Hills.

Revenue Projection: This has remained fairly steady, and we are leaving our revenue
projection at the same place we had it this past year, at $16,000.
