Revenue Description: Property Tax is broken into two categories: Interest and Sinking
(I&S or Debt) and Maintenance and Operations (M&O). For the current year, the total
rate is $.563738. Of that amount the M&O rate is $.460847 and the I&S rate is
$.102897.

Revenue Projection: If we leave the tax rate the same as it currently is, and based on
current estimation of property values, then we will want to increase our budget number
from last years projection of $2,193,000 to $2,374,548. However, this will merit more
discussion from the council as we start to get actual valuation numbers back from TAD.
