Revenue Description: A Telephone Franchise Fee is the fee, or rent, that the
telephone company pays the City in order to install and maintain their infrastructure in
our Right of Way.
Revenue Projection: Last year this was budgeted at $90,000, and we are lowering that
to $60,000. We have seen four straight years of declines on this number and expect
that trend to continue.
