BUDGET OVERVIEW



                  The  Wolff  Company  is  expected  to  begin  construction  in  2018  on a mixed-use
                    development  surrounding  the  future  Iron  Horse  TEXRail  station  that  includes  11,000
                    square feet of dedicated commercial space.

                  Legend  Bank  was  added  to  the  roster  of  local  bank  institutions.  It  occupies  10,000
                    square feet at 6851 NE Loop 820, the former Frost Bank location east of Rufe Snow.
