 Maximize use of underutilized real estate and business locations through
strategic land planning and management

 Retain and grow our current businesses

Accomplishments:

 North Richland Hills ranked #10 on the list of Top 100 Cities in the United States to
Start a Business. Several other Texas cities also made the list which was compiled by
How to Start an LLC, an online resource for entrepreneurs.

 In the coming year, residents can look forward to Babe’s Chicken and Sweetie Pie’s
Ribeyes restaurants opening along Loop 820.

 Alamo Drafthouse Cinema announced it is coming to North Richland Hills. The 42,000
square foot building on Davis Boulevard near North Tarrant Parkway will include eight
theaters, a full service restaurant, and an outdoor patio with a play area for children..
The cinema is expected to open in Spring 2019.

 Sushi Axiom at 8250 Bedford-Euless Road, previously home to Bennigan’s, completed
a major renovation from the inside out that offers not only a restaurant, but also hibachi
and patio.

 Stericycle Communications Solutions opened at 8555 Airport Freeway. The company is
a global business-to-business services company providing highly specialized solutions
in the healthcare sector employing 450 full time employees.
