The Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) continues to be a great success in the

Snow and North of Glenview. Twenty participants have gone through the program, and
the projects completed have increased value in the area by $1,887,152. The average
purchase price of a pre-renovated home in the program is $103,137, and the ending
sales price is almost double that at $200,090. To date, the city has paid $200,000 to
those who have successfully completed the requirements of the program.
