Implementation
The additional requirements include security standards, Go-live Support
aligned with Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) Phase 3: Selected
and business process best practice standards. The revised case migration
requirements capture collaboration, automation, and Project Closure
enhanced document file types. The revised solution
requirements have been reviewed by IT Security and City
Attorney’s office project team members.
Update:
Project implementation and configuration efforts are
rd
ongoing. During the 3 Quarter of 2025, the following
tasks were achieved: security for the Exterro SaaS
platform was enhanced by adding an additional
(temporary) private encryption key; single sign-on (SSO)
was implemented; email capabilities were activated;
Exterro provided high-level application overview
demonstrations for the project team; and the first two of
eight application configuration workshops were
completed.
In addition, preliminary work has begun on developing
detailed Statements of Work (SOW) for the post-go-live
migration of selected open cases from DA into the Exterro
platform, which will enable continued progress on these
cases.
