DESCRIPTION JUSTIFICATION

Installation of approximately 575' of chainlink fencing, from Staff was made aware that the dogs have direct access to
the northwest corner to the northeast corner of Freedom Dog the fences and rear property lines of 2815 Balmoral, 2904,
Park. Fencing will be installed approximately 10 feet from the 2905, and 2906 Taronga Cove. The installation of new
existing residential property lines at the north end of the park. fencing will separate the park from private property.
Fencing will have gates installed to allow maintenance crews
access for mowing, debris, etc.
