             Summary:

                                                                        Percentage of Fleet Beyond Life
             The City has set a target of having no more than 15% of
                                                                               (Goal is 15% or less)
             its fleet operating beyond recommended service life at
             any one time. Vehicles and equipment that are beyond   30%
             recommended service life may have more down time
             and may have less functionality compared to what is   25%
             currently available on the market. After the service life
             ends, maintenance and repair are at an extra cost. The

             undelivered, the percentage of fleet beyond life is 19%.
