Utility Fund

The Utility Fund accounts for the distribution of water, transportation of wastewater and solid waste
removal services provided to the residents of the city. All activities necessary to provide such
services are accounted for in the fund, including, but not limited to, administration, operations,
maintenance, financing and debt service, billing and collections.
