Serve as department support for boards and commissions, and HR Coordinator responsible for managing the hiring process, ePAR

performance appraisal process, and will support equity in human capital functions like pay equity, accurate position classifications, ADA
and FMLA request, employee and labor relations, safety and risk management planning, incentive pay, organizational design and
notification of available professional development opportunities, and management of equity in workplace environment.
