Summary:

In a special election on May 6, 2017, Arlington Milestone Estimated Actual
voters approved obligation bonds to build an Active Completion Completion

Process
In April 2019, the City investigated alternative Council Approval of Architect Dec. 2019 Mar. 2020
construction delivery methods for the project. A

determination was made to proceed with a Request

for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Construction Manager method to Council

Permit Process Spring 2022
In July 2019, the City issued an RFQ for Guaranteed Maximum Price to Spring 2022
Architectural/Engineering firms to design the new Council
facility. Parkhill, Scott and Cooper were selected as Construction begins Summer 2022
the A/E firm for the project and began verification
of the project program. Finalize selection of furniture Fall 2023
