FY 2020-2021 major MEDC Infrastructure Projects include:

$3,000,000 – Mansfield International Business Park
The Mansfield International Business Park is 155 acres of planned development for clean manufacturing
and/or distribution. Design and infrastructure improvements began in FY 2018-2019 and will continue
into FY 2020-2021.
Seefried Properties Inc. has agreed to purchase 54 acres in the Mansfield International Business Park for
the development of a 219,000 fulfillment center to begin operations in late 2020-2021. Approximately
$40,000,000 in estimated property tax value is associated with the fulfillment center project which
equates to $276,000 in property tax revenue for the City of Mansfield.
