STREET BOND FUND
2020 - 2021 BUDGET

The Street Bond fund accounts for the financing and construction of various street projects
throughout the City. Street Bond fund financing is provided by Certificate of Obligation (CO)
proceeds.

Remaining funds available equal the bond sale proceeds and interest earnings less projects
costs to-date. Projects primarily involve street reconstruction and enhancements that will add to
the value and life of the infrastructure with very little impact on current operating costs. Most
projects provide substantial savings to the operating budgets by reducing maintenance costs.
