STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVES
A Perspective is a view of the Town from a specific vantage point. Four basic perspectives are traditionally
used to encompass a Balanced Scorecard organization’s activity. The Town’s business model, which
encompasses mission, vision, and strategy, utilizes the four Perspectives as a framework: A balanced
scorecard is divided into four unique perspectives that help the Town focus on the strategy that has been
aligned to the vision and mission for our community.
