         Replacement of Fire Truck (Unit   This project is to purchase a Quint Fire Truck (105' aerial fire engine ladder) to replace the fire engine in service at
         945) - Continuing Project  station 3 as part of the routine replacement schedule.  The apparatus is being upgraded from an engine to a aerial unit.
                                The engine at station 3 will rotate to reserve status and remain in the fleet for another eight years. Our current reserve
                                ladder, unit 945, will be taken out of service as required by the grant. A break-out of expenses for this project is included
                                below:
                                Quint Fire  Truck - $1,238,899
                                Make-ready Purchases and Equipment - $46,101
                                Total - $1,285,000

         Roller Replacement (Unit 6620) -   This is for the purchase of a new roller to replace unit 6620, a 2005 year-model Terex utilized by the Public Works
         New Project            Department.









         Utility Tractor Replacement (Unit   This is for the purchase of a new utility tractor to replace unit 787, a 1995 year-model Kubota utilized by the Parks
         787) - Continuing Project  Department.  Estimated cost of the utility tractor is $55,000.  When replaced, the utility tractor will be 23 years old.
