         Dump Truck Replacement (Unit   This is for the replacement of a 2004 Chevrolet Kodiak tandem dump truck Unit 6617 assigned to the Public Works

         Enterprise Computer System   This project is for the purchase and replacement of the current enterprise computer system serving the city of North
         Replacement - Continuing Project Richland Hills.









         Fuel System Enhancements -   This project will include the following components:
         New Project
                                1. Replace the spill container buckets on the fuel tanks at the Service Center.
                                2. Remove Fire Station 3 underground fuel tank and install a 5,000 gallon above-ground partitioned tank (3500 D/1500
                                G).
                                3. Add Fuelmaster fuel management system and remote tank monitoring tied into the system at Fire Station 3 and Fire
                                Station 4.




         Network Replacement for Offsite   Purchase and installation of network hardware and software for three offsite City Facilities. This is a two year project
         City Facilities - Continuing   with planned replacement in year 1 for the NRH20 and year 2 is planned replacement for Fire Training and Public
         Project                Works facilities.








         Pothole Patcher Replacement   This is for the purchase of a new pothole patcher to replace unit 6609, a 2002 year-model Freightliner.  Estimated cost
         (Unit 6609) - Continuing Project  of the pothole patcher is $210,000.  When replaced, the pothole patcher will be 17 years old and have an estimated
                                odometer reading of 90,000 miles.








         Public Safety Technology -   Upgrade and replace the current mobile video in-car systems, servers and data storage.  Currently, 50 patrol units have
         Continuing Project     video systems installed.  This project also includes the purchase of body cameras and video data storage for police
                                department, as well as the replacement of MDC's for the Police Department.  This project will also include the
                                replacement of 25 mobile data computers for the Fire Department.  The units were purchased in 2008 and maintenance
                                can no longer be obtained.  This project includes replacing the units and installation of the docking stations.
