provide Public Safety operations 93,000 square feet, City Hall 75,000 square feet, and Municipal Court 15,000 square
feet. The square feet dimensions by function could be redefined during the design process.

Fencing around Fire Training This project consists of installation of the two remaining sides of the wrought iron fencing and gates at the Fire Training
pad - New Project Pad.

Overhead Door Replacement - Replace (10) overhead door assemblies at Fire Station #5.
Continuing Project

Overhead Door Safety Edges & Replace safety edges, seals and remote control assemblies at $1,720 per door. Fire Station #1 eight (8) doors
Remote Control Assemblies - $13,760. Fire Station #2 six (6) doors $10,320. Fire Station #4 six (6) doors $10,320. Service Center Fleet Shop (10)
Continuing Project doors $17,200. Facilities & Construction/Fleet Services (5) doors $8,600. Parks Operation (1) door ($1,720). Traffic
Division (4) doors $6,880.

Permanent Records Roof This project is for the replacement of the roof down to the metal decking to include parapet cap. The project includes the
Replacement & Building removal and replacement of all seals and expansion joint materials to properly seal the building envelope.
