Project Name Project Description
Garwood Drive Sanitary Sewer This is the 45th Year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project. The project will consist of reconstructing
(CDBG) - New Project approximately 1,400 linear feet of sanitary sewer main.

Johnson Pump Station This project will consist of the replacement of (2) two pumps and motors inside the Johnson Pump Station facility
Component and Infrastructure located at 8501 Harwood Road. Included will be replacement of a short section of discharge header pipe outside the
Replacements - Continuing pump station, replacement of the entry pipe from the road side to the storage tank, and replacement of the manually
Project operated water valve with a motorized valve on the entry pipe.

Large Valve Replacement The Large Water Valve Replacement Project encompassed the replacement of two, 24 inch valves, a 12 inch valve, and
Project - Continuing Project the installation of a 16 inch valve. The 24 inch valve replacements are located at the intersections of Hightower and
Smithfield Road and Hightower and Davis Boulevard. The 12 inch valve replacement is located at Davis Boulevard and
Odell Street. The installation of the 16 inch valve will be near the intersection of Glenview Drive and Dawn Drive.

Main / Snider / Center Utility The project consists of engineering and construction of water and sanitary sewer main extensions to provide service to
Project - Continuing Project properties north and south of Main Street off of Snider Street and Center Street in the TOD.

Miscellaneous Water/Sewer This is an annual program that is completed by the Public Works Construction Division (407-6007). The program will
Main Replacement (2019) - provide for water and sewer main replacements including any developmental projects. The project replaces aging
Continuing Project infrastructure and maintains high standards for water quality. This will include replacements on the following streets:
Whitfield Court (Holiday to Culd-de-sac), Lariat Trail (Meadowridge to Meadow Lakes), Southampton Drive ( Wakefield
to Chapman), and Holiday Court (Green Meadows to Cul-de-sac).
